Precautions for using electric waste stripper machine:
1. Heat dissipation:
The electric carton stripper needs a heat dissipation process. It is recommended to let the machine rest for 30 seconds after working continuously for about 15 minutes. This will have a great value-preserving effect on the life of the machine parts.
2. Gear speed: For 1400W high-power electric scraper, it is recommended that you use 1-4 gears for scraping. The speed below 4 is the most suitable speed for scraping. The protection effect on the internal parts of the machine is the best, and the strength when scraping is the best. Try not to use 5th and 6th gears as much as possible! !
3. Cleaning of the machine:
After get off work every day, please use an air gun to blow away the paper scraps on the machine casing/chain gap/motor heat hole, etc., so as to effectively dissipate heat/protect the machine life.
4. When the machine is stuck due to paper rolls (when the chain does not rotate), the power supply should be unplugged immediately, the paper scraps should be cleaned out, and it should be used again. Remember to start the power switch when the paper is stuck to prevent the gears inside the movement from bursting.
5. Voltage requirements:
220V two-phase electricity, two-pin socket, 2.6m standard line length.
6. Waste removal process:
You should use both hands to press down lightly and remove the waste in one go. Do not use a hammer to remove the waste.
7. Safety precautions:
①. Operator safety: Please operate the waste removal machine with both hands, not one-handed operation, to prevent the chain from hurting people.
②. Safety of the waste stripping machine: Do not pick up the bottom plate of the base, do not pick up hard iron objects, otherwise the chain will break! !
8. Try not to let the machine work continuously. After 15 minutes of use, let the machine rest for 30 seconds! ! !
9. At the connection between the chain and the gear, add ordinary engine oil in time, lift the waste stripper machine with both hands, start the switch, and run it idle for one minute.
10. When the motor power decreases, please replace the carbon brush in time.
