Precautions for using pneumatic waste stripper machine:
Ensure waterproofing by installing an “oil-water separator” as per manufacturer’s instructions, using Yadeke brand is recommended. Drain the oil-water separator and add pneumatic tool oil.
Clean the machine daily by pouring “kerosene, anti-rust oil, or pneumatic tool oil” into the air inlet and idling the machine to clean internal parts. Use an air gun to blow away paper scraps from the machine casing and chain gaps after work.
Maintain air pressure at 6-8 or higher, with an air compressor power of over 3.5KW, and regular drainage.
During cleaning, press gently with both hands and avoid using a hammer to remove objects.
Safety precautions include operating the machine with both hands to prevent injury, avoiding holding the bottom plate or iron objects to prevent chain breakage.
Allow the machine to rest for 1 minute after every hour of use.
To use a pneumatic waste removal machine for waste paper edges, the die-cutting knife template must be equipped with a cutting knife to break the waste paper into small pieces. Refer to the figure for the cutting knife configuration.
