We use high-quality imported white steel to create our upgraded chain, ensuring wear-resistance, continuous performance, and no paper hanging. Our integrated molding tool utilizes wire cutting and washing riveting for a superior product. This has earned us the favor of our customers. In contrast, ordinary chains made from low-quality manganese steel and high-temperature laser rough cutting of brittle teeth result in a chain that is prone to breakage when assembled with snap springs. Additionally, the complex structure makes it easy for paper to hang and other adverse factors to affect its performance.

There are five common classifications of waste cleaning machine chain tooth types:
Single-point chain: Ideal for removing waste edges of corrugated product boxes, with strong paper grabbing ability.
Double-point chain: Suitable for removing the waste edges of color printing packaging of cardboard products, providing accurate and efficient paper tearing.
Small tooth fine tooth chain: Designed for the removal of special paper products such as red envelopes, coated paper, and exquisite framed paper products. It works seamlessly with customized small tooth waste stripper machines like the HS-2836L, ensuring precision and speed without damaging the product.
Narrow fine-tooth chain: The latest development targets the removal of semi-surrounded waste scraps such as pointed triangles and small grooves. It pairs with high-end narrow fine-tooth waste stripper machines, such as the HS-2836M, to address various waste stripper problems.
Large-tooth chain: Suited for removing waste edges from extra-thick paper and thin wooden boards used in high-end wine boxes, gift boxes, and other products. The large-tooth chain offers strong and deep grip and can be used with high-horsepower machines like the HS-2936 Black Bull Waste stripper machine.
