Technical black hole of China's machinery manufacturing industry
In addition to facing "foreign enemies", China's machinery manufacturing industry also has many problems. Once upon a time, the imported machinery of enterprises became a publicity stunt. An enterprise in Guangdong shows off itself like this: "the company has introduced a number of automatic production equipment from Japan and Taiwan. Its exquisite workmanship and excellent product quality have won the favor of the majority of consumers."
There are plenty of such examples. Chinese people have also accepted this reality imperceptibly: only the production lines and production equipment imported from foreign countries are reliable and guarantee the products“ After the rise of the slogan of "rejuvenating the nation" industry, some famous brands have been gradually created in China, such as Haier, Hisense, TCL and so on. Although the brand has been "localized", when it comes to the core components of the products, most of them come from abroad.
Industry insiders believe that there is a huge technology "black hole" in China's machinery industry, and the most prominent performance is the high degree of dependence on foreign technology. In recent years, more than 60% of the trillions of yuan of equipment investment in China's fixed assets is imported. As a window of the National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, 57% of the technology comes from abroad.
In metallurgical machinery, in recent years, there are 30 or 40 plate and strip production lines in China, and there are more profile lines. The total investment is amazing, but almost all of these equipment and systems come from Germany, Japan and Italy. For example, a large iron and steel plant in Hebei, cold rolling equipment from Germany, galvanizing equipment from Italy.
According to the statistics of the Federation of machinery industry, the contribution rate of new products in developed countries is 52%, while that in China is only 5.9%. In terms of "core technology", there are fewer products with independent intellectual property rights and more cloned products. As a result, in addition to weakening the ability of independent innovation, it is also easy to be accused of infringement. Even if there is a self-developed technology, it is easy to be accused of "plagiarism". At that time, before China's self-developed "CM1 dolphin" maglev train was put into trial operation, it was accused by some German media and enterprises of "copying German maglev technology". The backbone of the entire industrial manufacturing equipment are foreign products, which exposes the weakness of China's industrialization.
