Today, we exported two internal waste stripper machines to Indonesia.
Let me introduce the working principle of the inner hole waste removal machine:
Punching: The punching mechanism punches holes in the cardboard through the piston rod of the driving cylinder. The punching plate has a paper-punching rod and a paper-pressing elastic component on the side near the support mechanism.
Pressing: When the paper-punching rod punches the cardboard, the paper-pressing spring first contacts the cardboard, allowing the cardboard to be pre-compressed during punching.
Separation: After punching, the paper-punching rod separates from the cardboard, and then the pressing spring separates from the cardboard. The pressing spring helps to prevent the paper-punching rod from lifting the cardboard, making the punching process more stable.
