Power System of the Waste Removal Machine
The air source power unit uses a large-diameter solenoid valve for control, preventing slippage. Simultaneously, an adjustable proximity switch controls the position of the locking plate, positioning the waste removal needles and paper waste holes in a door-to-door manner (on the locking plate).
(-) Locking Plate Unit: The locking plate uses digital positioning punching, allowing dozens of molds to be installed simultaneously to clean multiple holes at once. It can achieve a "one-molding, multi-needle" hole cleaning method even when waste paper holes are closely spaced.
(-) Side Guide Unit: The tray is evenly distributed with positioning screw holes, allowing it to move according to the placement of different papers.
(-) Tray Unit: The tray unit uses a sliding adjustment design, enabling the cleaning of different paper inner holes on a single machine.
(-) Paper Collection Unit: The paper collection unit uses a ramp design and is made of stainless steel plate with a low surface resistance coefficient, achieving unified collection of waste materials. (-) Automatic Stamping Control Unit: The automatic stamping control unit uses a large-cover foot switch, with a mechanical lifespan of -- million cycles and an electrical lifespan of -- million cycles under proper use.
(-) Overall Frame Unit: The overall frame unit uses thick-walled square tubing to prevent "softening" or "collapse" during machine operation, especially noticeable when dealing with high paper cleaning strength (high paper bursting strength or many waste holes).
(-) Component Treatment: The outer cover of the Huaxu paper box internal hole cleaning machine is powder-coated, and all components are chrome-plated to improve corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and aesthetics.
