The pneumatic carton stripper machines feature chains classified by tooth shapes: large, medium, small, and narrow small teeth. Large teeth consist of 36 single-claw chain teeth suitable for thick cardboard waste. Medium teeth have 36 double-claw chain teeth for white cardboard and corrugated paper. Small teeth, without internal shaft parts, are ideal for thinner paper edges. Narrow-sided small teeth, also without internal shaft parts, are suitable for grooves and triangular areas. The chains are made of high-quality Swedish white steel, ensuring high hardness, strong toughness, and good wear resistance. Wire cutting technology is used for processing, preserving the original material properties and ensuring dimensional accuracy of the sprocket teeth.
