How to properly maintain the waste stripper machine chain:
Lubricate the waste stripper machine chain daily and allow the waste cleaning machine to idle for approximately 10 seconds to ensure thorough lubrication of the chain.
While in use, ensure timely removal of waste paper and clean the machine to prevent paper from getting stuck in the gears and blocking the chain.
In the event of a paper jam, immediately stop the machine and manually remove the paper scraps to prevent further machine failure.
Place a soft pad or thick carton pad at the bottom of the product to be scrapped as a buffer layer to prevent the chain tip from hitting hard objects other than product waste when scraping to the bottom.
